Since 1964, the United States Congress has been funding Job Corps, which provides not only a safe, drug-free environment, but as well as the resources and training needed in order for them to pursue careers.  Not only is it striving to encourage its students to manage their lives effectively but also, to make the money they need to keep up with our rapidly growing economy.

Job Corps lends a helping hand to young adults between the ages of 16 to 24, by providing a no-cost education and a vocational training program that is directed by the U.S. Department of Labor. Students who have enrolled are given a chance to acquire a high school diploma or GED and are guided to finding a good job. A monthly allowance will be given according to how long you stay with the program. Following graduation, every student is entitled to career counseling and support for up to a year.

1973’s heavyweight champion of the world, George Foreman has credited Job Corps for his achievement and his ability to overcome his past lifestyle for the better.
